A complaint is a dissatisfaction of a service that you have received. MilkTestNZ takes all complaints seriously and will work with you to resolve any issues in a timely manner. MilkTestNZ has procedures in place to help ensure any complaint is addressed fairly, efficiently and effectively.
When a complaint is sent through, a unique identification number will be assigned to it. All complaints are treated fairly, objectively and confidentially. A person impartial to the issue will investigate the complaint. At the conclusion of the investigation, MilkTestNZ will provide you with the outcome of the investigation and whether any corrective actions have been created.
